Excellent travel jig for in the car activity Ruler right on the track surface. Our newest 2018 Design. Our 15” paracord jig can be used to produce a huge variety of paracord items. The towers were designed to hold different sized clasps, hooks, snaps, & more. The jig itself is made of aircraft grade aluminum with a powder coated finish. There is a corresponding tape ruler attached and foam pads on each end. The 15” jig is mainly comprised of one 15” track and two adjustable towers. The towers slide into the tracks on each end and are secured with wing bolts. They can be adjusted to the size item you need. The jig can be secured to a flat clean surface using the supplied suction cup and wing nut. We also include one wood screw if you desire to secure it permanently to a work bench. We have been producing and selling jigs for 5 years. Over the years we have made many revisions to improve our design. With our 2018 revision we have designed a whole new jig. We wanted an even more light weight jig that could collapse to a small area. We hope that it can make paracording in bulk faster and more productive. Our jigs are available in 15", 31" and 47". Slim & Lightweight design. Our jig was designed to be light weight and compact for easy storage. Forget those clunky wooden jigs. The 15" jig weighs only 11oz and is made of aircraft grade aluminum providing superior strength. Versatile. We not only design and make our own jigs, we use them to manufacturer our own line of Paracord Accessories. Thousands of paracord items have been churned out using our very own jigs. The ability to use any type of hardware on a single jig makes our jig extremely versatile. Our jig towers were designed to fit any clasp, hook, snap, ring, or buckle. Circle cutouts. There are two circle cut outs that can be used for hooks, swivels, and other connectors as shown above. The mini swivel above fits nicely on the top cutout. Clasp holders The top of our towers are designed to hold clasps or buckles. In the picture above, the larger section is being used to hold a 1.5" clasp. The narrower part above is designed to hold smaller 1" bracelet clasps. Horizontal rod. There is a horizontal rod which can also be used to hold an array of hooks or rings. In the image above we use it to secure a panic snap but it is equally useful for other hardware. Quickly Adjusts to your needs. Our jig was designed to quickly adjust to the size you need. We have a ruler right on the track so measurements are as simple as sliding the tower to your required length. Towers secure using a wing bolt pictured at the base of the tower. Secures to smooth surfaces. The included suction cup allows our jig to be secured to smooth surfaces. Optionally you can also mount the jig to a permanent work bench or table.
