This is a one of a kind item made from a cutoff piece of hickory from a collection of vintage hickory handles in my great grandfathers tool collections. While rehandling the tools, we have repurposed the handles for ferro rods. This hickory was used as a tool handle 40 to 60 years ago. It is approximately 1.25" wide and 1" deep so the handle is slightly ovular in shape. Handle is about 1.5" long. It has 1/6" carbon fiber caps on the top and bottom of the handle.This would be a great companion to your hickory axe and is the only one like it we will make so grab it now!
